NIACL Assistant Eligibility Criteria : Nationality
- Nationality/Citizenship:
Candidates must fulfill one of the following nationality requirements:
A citizen of India.
A subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement.
A person of Indian origin who migrated from countries like Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, and certain East African nations to permanently settle in India.

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years

- NIACL Assistant Eligibility Criteria : Educational Qualification (as on 01/01/2025):
Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university or its equivalent.
Proficiency in the regional language of the State/UT for which the candidate is applying is mandatory.
